A data roadmap published in a centralised location, giving visibility on milestones and pain points.

Clear definitions

Data definitions documented in human language, so everyone in the business understands how KPIs are defined (VOR, TCO, etc).

Federated governance

Centralised data governance, with each team owning their own business domain but following common standards — giving the business confidence the data is well documented and high quality.

AI discoverability

AI discoverability of all datasets, KPIs and governance — making it easy to self-serve.
